20 Outstanding Projects Demonstrate Practical Impact Through AI
Under the theme “The AI Maker,” the competition attracted strong participation from employees across the company. Over the course of two seasons, the organizing committee received 250 submissions. From these entries, 20 outstanding individuals and projects were selected and honored for effectively applying artificial intelligence (AI) to improve processes and enhance work efficiency.
In the first season, employees were encouraged to use AI to develop communication content related to Net Zero and environmental protection. This stage served as an introduction, helping employees explore the role of technology and AI within the broader context of sustainable development. Building on that foundation, the second season focused on projects with practical workplace applications. Submissions were evaluated based on several criteria, including effectiveness and practicality, the ability to leverage AI tools, and the level of innovation and creativity. Alongside initiatives that encourage practical AI-driven projects, C.P. Vietnam has also strengthened AI-related training for employees. In 2025 alone, nearly 4,000 employees participated in 12 training programs focused on AI knowledge and skills, enabling the workforce to become familiar with new tools and proactively adapt to the rapidly evolving demands of the workplace.

At present, AI is being widely applied across various departments at C.P. Vietnam, including information technology, disease prevention, quality control, accounting, research and development (R&D), laboratories, as well as administrative functions. The adoption of AI within the company reflects both creativity and a practical approach to improving work efficiency and operational performance. Starting from everyday tasks, AI tools are being used to reduce processing time and enhance productivity: from automating data handling and shortening report preparation time to optimizing operational processes at production facilities.
A representative from the Laboratory Digital Transformation (Lab AI) project at the Hai Duong Feed Mill shared that standardizing and digitizing all laboratory data has significantly improved the accuracy of product quality control. With analytical indicators continuously monitored and updated in a timely manner, the system helps ensure product quality while reinforcing customer confidence in C.P. products.
