On December 18,2024, the “Vietnam National Quality Awards and Asia-Pacific International Quality Awards 2021-2023” ceremony was solemnly held in Hanoi by the Ministry of Science and Technology. This is the most prestigious and only national-level quality award in Vietnam, granted annually by the Prime Minister. The award honors outstanding enterprises that have maintained overall stability, affirmed their position, and demonstrated continuous improvement in management systems towards optimization and sustainable development during 2021–2023. At the ceremony, C.P. Vietnam’s branches were proud to receive 2 Vietnam National Quality Gold Awards (VNQA Gold) and 4 Vietnam National Quality Awards (VNQA) for 2021 and 2022.

Distinguished guests attending the ceremony included Mr. Huynh Thanh Dat - Member of the Party Central Committee, Minister of Science and Technology; Mr. Nguyen Phuong Tuan - Deputy Chairman of the National Assembly Committee on Science, Technology and Environment; and Mr. Le Xuan Dinh - Deputy Minister of Science and Technology, Chairman of the VNQA Council. Representing C.P. Vietnam were Mr. Chamnam Wangakkarangkul - Executive Vice President; Mr. Vu Anh Tuan - Senior Vice President; Mr. Wirath Buayam - Vice President; together with representatives of the award-winning branches. At this year’s ceremony, C.P. Vietnam proudly achieved two VNQA Gold Awards C.P. Vietnam’s aqua-feed mill branch in Ben Tre - VNQA Gold Award 2021; Tien Giang Feed Mill - VNQA Gold Award 2022. In addition, the company’s branches were honored with the Vietnam National Quality Awards (VNQA): 2021: Dong Nai Feed Mill, Tien Giang Feed Mill, Binh Dinh Livestock Feed Plant; 2022: Dong Nai Feed Mill, Xuan Mai (Hanoi) Feed Mill, Hai Duong Feed Mill.

The years 2021-2023 were a period when the Covid-19 pandemic raged. Despite the difficulties and challenges, 133 enterprises honored with Vietnam Quality Awards this year demonstrated remarkable resilience, strong adaptability, job security for employees, and sustainable growth. These award-winning businesses are living proof of extraordinary efforts and outstanding success, contributing to the recovery and development of Vietnam’s economy. For C.P. Vietnam, this period was especially significant for its feed industry, covering livestock, poultry, and aquaculture feed. The company reaffirmed its reputation and product quality, maintaining its position as the leading brand in the “Top 10 Most Reputable Animal Feed Industry.”

Representing the aquaculture feed industry, Mr. Prasan Atimanon - Vice President, Head of Aquaculture Feed Production at C.P. Vietnam - received the VNQA Gold Award on behalf of the C.P. Vietnam’s aqua-feed mill branch in Ben Tre. He shared: “This VNQA Gold Award is the result of many years of effort and dedication from all employees at our factory. C.P. Ben Tre is among the first plants in Bến Tre province to apply eight international management standards simultaneously, including ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, Global G.A.P., BAP, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001. We also apply KPI tools and various software programs to continuously improve production and business management, ensuring effectiveness and efficiency.” The plant utilizes European-standard production lines, equipped with automated quality control systems and camera surveillance, enabling full control of every production stage as well as product traceability. It produces high-quality, environmentally friendly feed through advanced technologies such as: Airbag Filter dust collection systems, Noise control and wastewater treatment, Chemical pollution prevention, Energy saving and the use of renewable natural fuels. Currently, the plant manufactures a wide range of aquaculture feed under well-recognized brands such as Goal, Goal Max, Goal Fast, Jet, Hi-Gro, Hipo, Lotus, and many others.

C.P. Vietnam - Tien Giang Branch is the only livestock and poultry feed production facility in Southern Vietnam under C.P. Group Thailand, and also the only plants within the Group capable of both waterway and roadway import - export operations. Officially operating since June 2021, the plant is equipped with modern machinery systems, a high degree of automation, and a designed capacity of 540,000 tons per year. During its operation, the Tien Giang Feed Mill has developed and applied multiple advanced management systems in line with international standards to ensure and maintain productivity, quality, food safety, energy efficiency, and environmental protection. These include ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, as well as other productivity and quality improvement tools. The factory has also integrated all seven criteria of the Vietnam National Quality Award (VNQA) into its management and production operations.

Other C.P. Vietnam feed mills honored at the VNQA Awards were also pioneers in adopting advanced standards in production and business operations, including Binh Dinh Feed Mill, Dong Nai Feed Mill, Xuan Mai (Hanoi) Feed Mill, and Hai Duong Feed Mill. Some plants, such as Dong Nai and Tien Giang, have consistently participated and won awards for consecutive years. With modern technology, C.P. Vietnam’s animal feed meets international standards for nutritional needs, safety, efficiency, and traceability. The company has consistently been at the top of the “Top 10 Most Reputable Animal Feed Companies” for many consecutive years by Vietnam Report and continues to earn the trust and preference of customers nationwide.
