Vietnam has continuously invested in human resources development, with a highlight being the Full Scholarship Program at Panyapiwat Institute of Management – the first and largest corporate university in Thailand, and a member of the C.P. Group. This program not only provides employees and their children with the opportunity to study in a modern international environment, but also empowers their dreams of study abroad, enabling them to fully develop their potential and make meaningful contributions to the growth of C.P. Vietnam as well as to the nation’s future.
Continuing this meaningful journey, in 2025, C.P. Vietnam awards 3 Master’s scholarships in International Business and 5 Bachelor’s scholarships in Business Administration to employees and their children.
CPV Leadership and Representatives from Panyapiwat Institute of Management Sharing with the Trainees
Before officially embarking on their academic journey, the trainees had the opportunity to meet with the leadership of C.P. Vietnam and representatives from the Panyapiwat Institute of Management at C.P. Vietnam’s Head Office. During the session, they were introduced to the study program and the learning environment in Thailand, while also receiving thoughtful guidance from the Human Resources Department regarding welfare policies, regulations, and the responsibilities of learners.

On August 8, 2025, the CPV Scholarship Awarding Ceremony 2025 was solemnly held with the presence of Mr. Pawalit Ua-Amornwanit – Chief Executive Officer of C.P. Vietnam, together with the company’s senior leadership team. In his address, the CEO extended his congratulations and heartfelt message: “As you step into an international learning environment, you will undoubtedly encounter many differences compared to what you are familiar with. Yet, it is precisely these differences that will become opportunities for you to broaden your perspective, nurture creative thinking, and develop breakthrough ideas. I hope you will always be ready to adapt, so that upon returning to Vietnam, you can apply your valuable knowledge and experiences into practice, contributing to the growth of both the nation and our company.”
