On September 9th, 2025, the final round Assessment Day of the 18th Future Leaders Development Program (FLP 18) took place at head office of C.P. Vietnam in an atmosphere filled with energy and significance. The program brought together the Board of Leadership and 23 outstanding candidates that are full of ambition and potential, ready to embark on the journey to becoming the new generation of leaders at C.P. Vietnam.
From a Century-long Vision to Today’s journey
Originating from the strategic vision of Mr. Dhanin Chearavanont, Chairman of C.P. Group, the FLP was organized with the mission of identifying and nurturing the next generation. For over a century of development across 21 countries and territories, C.P. has always placed people development at its core. The FLP is the place where the talent, discipline, and resilience are nurtured and developed, enabling each candidate to become a “golden seed” for the future.
A day of challenges and shining
During the Assessment Day, each candidate embarked on the journey through four rigorous challenges: 99-Second Quick Debate, Creativity Explosion with Innovation Brainstorming; debate and group presentation, and finally a direct interview with the Board. Each challenge was not only an opportunity to demonstrate intellect, bravery, and teamwork, but also a stepping stone toward embodying the image of a future leader.
Inspiration from leadership
Speaking at the program, Mr. Chinoros Benjachavakul, Senior Vice President of Human Resources and General Affairs, emphasized the role of a sustainable corporate culture. Moreover, he highlighted ESG and artificial intelligence as indispensable elements for breakthrough development in the new era. These inspiring directions not only illuminated the path ahead but also boosted the confidence of the candidates to conquer even greater challenges.
The beginning of a new journey
FLP 18 is not only limited to an experienced day, but it also opens the door to breakthroughs in career and long-term opportunities to contribute to the company. The Organizing Committee will soon announce the official results, but the greatest achievement of the day was the spirit, bravery, and aspiration demonstrated by the 23 candidates.
