On December 16, 2025, C.P. Vietnam held an official announcement ceremony to mark two significant milestones in its processed food development strategy: the company’s receipt of approval to export its first shipment of processed chicken products to Singapore, and its simultaneous recognition at prestigious regional awards in the fast-moving consumer goods and manufacturing sectors.
The event took place at the CPV Food Binh Phuoc Complex, with the attendance of representatives from the Singapore diplomatic mission, local agricultural authorities, as well as Executives and employees of C.P. Vietnam.

The approval granted by the Singapore Food Agency for CPV Food Binh Phuoc to export processed chicken products marks a new milestone for C.P. Vietnam in its deeper integration into the regional processed poultry supply chain.
This achievement also demonstrates the company’s capability to meet the stringent requirements on food safety, traceability, and quality management imposed by premium markets such as Singapore.
Previously, C.P. Vietnam’s processed chicken products have been exported to Japan, Hong Kong, Cambodia, and Laos, with the Japanese in particular market maintaining stable export volumes over many consecutive years.
Speaking at the event, Mr. Pang Te Cheng, Consul General of Singapore in Ho Chi Minh City, highly commended the effective cooperation among Singaporean and Vietnamese authorities and the business sector throughout the factory assessment and inspection process. According to Mr. Pang, the approval granted to CPV Food Binh Phuoc is significant not only for the company itself but also creates further opportunities for Vietnam’s livestock and food processing industries to access markets with rigorous regulatory requirements, while contributing to the diversification of safe food supplies for Singapore.

Alongside this export milestone, C.P. Vietnam’s ongoing efforts in innovation and sustainable manufacturing practices were also recognized at the FMCG Asia Awards 2025 and the Manufacturing Asia Awards 2025. The company was honored across several key categories, reflecting its comprehensive approach to corporate governance, spanning product development, production facilities, and environmental, safety, and energy management systems.
Notably, C.P. Vietnam’s SHE&En Management System was awarded Sustainable Initiative of the Year. This integrated management model incorporates standards on safety, occupational health, environmental protection, and efficient energy use, and has been consistently implemented across the entire organization. Following its deployment, the system has contributed to increased use of renewable energy, optimized resource consumption, and improved working conditions for employees.

In the product and manufacturing categories, CPV Food’s ready-to-eat fried chicken product line was awarded “Consumer Product of the Year,” while the CPV Food Binh Phuoc complex was recognized as “Manufacturing Facility of the Year.” The facility currently operates under a fully integrated model, covering animal feed production, farming, and food processing, supported by a high level of automation and a quality control system that complies with international certifications such as HACCP, BRC, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, and Halal.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Wirat Wongpornpakdee, Senior Vice President in charge of the Food Business and New Business Development of C.P. Vietnam, stated: “To meet the requirements of premium markets, enterprises must maintain consistent and long-term operational discipline. We expect that the acceptance of CPV Food’s processed chicken products in demanding regional markets will contribute to enhancing Vietnam’s credibility within the high-quality food supply chain.”
Mr. Wirat further emphasized that, in the period ahead, C.P. Vietnam will continue to strengthen sustainable production practices while enhancing its export capabilities, thereby increasing the competitiveness of Vietnamese poultry products in both regional and international markets.

According to the company’s plans, CPV Food Binh Phuoc aims to further expand export markets for its processed chicken products to the United Kingdom and the European Union (EU), contributing to the realization of Vietnam’s long-term objective of bringing high-quality agricultural products to international markets.

As part of the event, CPV Food Binh Phuoc awarded 242 scholarships, with a total value of nearly VND 1 billion, to the children of employees currently working at the factory.
