Amid rapidly changing market conditions, particularly fluctuations in raw material, energy, and logistics costs, businesses today are required not only to adapt, but also to optimize operational efficiency across every aspect of their operations. Speaking at the event, Mr. Pawalit Ua-Amornwanit, Chief Executive Officer of C.P. Vietnam, emphasized: “AI is not here to replace us, but to help us work more effectively.”
Guided by this vision, in 2026 C.P. Vietnam Corporation will focus on cost optimization, process streamlining, and improving operational efficiency throughout the organization. Technology - especially AI - is viewed as a strategic enabler that can simplify repetitive tasks and allow employees to focus on higher-value work.

This spirit of innovation was clearly reflected throughout the program, where a real-time AI interpretation assistant was demonstrated live on stage. The experience gave participants a clearer understanding of how technology can be applied in the workplace — from small improvements in communication to larger operational enhancements.

Mastering AI is not just about technology; it is about transforming the way we work every day.
Alongside the company’s strategic direction, the program also provided practical insights through a presentation by Dr. Nutthee Am-in, Associate Professor and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand. His presentation offered a more practical perspective on the application of AI in the livestock industry, ranging from herd management to production optimization, helping employees better connect these concepts with their day-to-day responsibilities.

More than just an engagement activity, the initiative represented a concrete step toward fostering a culture of innovation across the organization.
