On August 16, 2025, at the Orchard Hotel in Singapore, the “ASEAN Economic Forum 2025” and the 6th “ASEAN AWARD 2025” ceremony was held by the Vietnamese-ASEAN Economic Corporate Development Research Association in collaboration with Thoi Dai magazine, with the participation of representatives from management units, economic experts, leading enterprises, and reputable brands from Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Laos, and so on.

The event is held annually, aims to introduce, recognize, and honor the outstanding contributions of entrepreneurs and businesses to the sustainable development of the ASEAN community. It also serves as an opportunity for entrepreneurs and businesses to meet, network, and strengthen international cooperation.
At this year's ceremony, C.P. Vietnam was honored with two prestigious awards: “Top 10 ASEAN Green Growth Brands” award and CEO Mr.Pawalit Ua-Amornwanit received the “Outstanding ASEAN Leader 2025” award, affirming the pioneering role in sustainable development and innovation in the region.

Nomination of “Top 10 ASEAN Green Growth Brands” award is a demonstration to C.P. Vietnam’s sustainable development strategy and social responsibilities. C.P. Vietnam has been recognized for many practical activities, including:
- Closed-loop value chain: Implementing “From Farm to Family” model alongside international standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, GLOBAL GAP, BRC, and BAP. The plant has also received the Vietnam National Quality Award and successfully applied the TPM management system to optimize productivity and product quality.
- Investment in green economy: expanding investments in renewable energy, circular economy, and waste management.
- Strong environmental commitment: completely eliminate the use of coal since 2021, planting 1.5 million trees by 2025, and committing to achieve net-zero emissions by 2025
- Pioneering in responsible production: cooperating with Packaging Recycling Organization (PRO Vietnam) to promote the circular economic model.

In particular, the “ASEAN Outstanding leader 2025” award was presented to Mr.Pawalit Ua-Amornwanit - CEO of C.P. Vietnam. The award recognizes the stature, determination, and community-serving spirit of a modern leader. This is not only an honor for CEO Mr.Pawalit Ua-Amornwanit, but also a pride for C.P. Vietnam in particular and the Vietnamese business community in general on the journey of international integration, creating long-term and sustainable value for the ASEAN region, while spreading the message of economic development tied to environmental and social responsibilities.
