In manufacturing, the bucket elevator monitor with the improved sensor device enabled precise deviation detection, reduced fire risks, and saved maintenance costs; while a newly designed broiler hanging reduced the leg breakage rate from 30% to 15%, generating added value of more than 7.6 billion VND annually. In aquaculture, the Post Larvae transfer pump was evaluated as a streamlined, safe, and sustainable solution, saving over 6 million baht in five years while minimizing disease risks. Meanwhile, the Airchill wastewater heat recovery unit saved over 111,000 kWh of electricity annually, equivalent to nearly VND 200 million.

In biotechnology, the cell culture solution by EasyFlask increased the quantity over 30 tíe, saving near 9.4 million baht per year and reducing employee workload. In shrimp hatchery, the DO Troniq automatic dissolved oxygen control system not only improved the quality but also saved around 200 million VND in electricity annually. In operations management, the SMART_FG_Warehouse software applied automation to reduce warehouse employees from 10 to 2 people, while ensuring transparent and accurate inventory control. Moreover, AI feed pellet length measurement using Computer Vision enhanced accuracy and speed in quality control of animal feed.

Particularly, C.P. Vietnam has also focused on vaccine research, with a highlight being the project on immune response against E.Coli F4+ETEC, which hold strong potential alternatives to antibiotics in the prevention of diarrhea in swine. Beyond science - technology, the spirit of sustainable development has also been expressed through the community project “Journey for a Green Vietnam”, collaboration with the Government to plant one million new trees. By 2024, more than 867.000 trees had already been planted, contributing to the absorption of approximately 38,000 tons of CO₂ by 2030.

Inspiring Innovation - Creating the future

These projects not only delivered economic value and operational efficiency but also reflected the spirit of “Dare to think - Dare to experience - Dare to change” of C.P. Vietnam’s employees.
