A sacred ceremony has become part of corporate culture
On August 25th, 2025, across all offices, factories, farms of C.P. Vietnam Corporation nationwide, more than 30.000 employees joined in a Special Flag Ceremony. The event carried a deeply sacred meaning, resonating with the joy of the entire nation as Vietnam approaches the 80th anniversary of National Day of Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2th,1945 - September 2th, 2025).

For more than three decades of operation and growth in Vietnam, the tradition of saluting the national flag and singing the National Anthem every Monday morning has become an integral part of C.P. Vietnam. Beyond marking the start of a new working week, the flag ceremony is a reminder of discipline, unity, and patriotism.
Flag Salute - From heartfelt unity to action
What makes the Flag Ceremony at C.P Vietnam distinctive is not its scale or formality, but the spirit of unity. From leadership to every employee, all individuals join together in singing the National Anthem, eyes turned toward the red flag with a golden star flying in the wind.
Mr.Chamnan Wangakkarangkul - Executive Vice President of C.P. Vietnam affirmed:
“When we stand together for the flag ceremony, we truly feel the spirit of discipline, equality, and unity within the extended family of C.P. Vietnam. This activity reminds each of us of our social responsibility and our gratitude to the nation of Vietnam . This is a characteristic of C.P.’s corporate culture - where individuals are always at the center, bonded by shared values, and belong to sustainable development.”

This event was carefully prepared and simultaneously carried out across all branches nationwide. Workspaces were decorated with flags, banners, and slogans; employees dressed in pink charity shirts or red shirts with the yellow star; while internal and online communications helped spread the spirit of the ceremony.

The pride of every CPer
For every C.P. Vietnam member, the flag ceremony is not just a ritual but also a moment that inspires pride and responsibility
Mr. Vu Anh Tuan, Senior Vice President C.P. Vietnam Corporation shared: “On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day of Socialist Republic of Vietnam, as the whole country is filled with the joyful spirit and atmosphere to welcome this important holiday, we are honored to be a part of this spirit. During the flag ceremony, we profoundly wear red shirts with yellow star, stand solemnly before the sacred national flag, sing the National Anthem, and participate in this meaningful ceremony. Ms. Vuong Thi Trang - An employee of the QC-Lab Department, who has been with C.P. Vietnam for 16 years, shared with emotion: “Each time I stand before the National Flag, I am moved with pride. Although C.P. is a corporation with investment from Thailand, we are given the honor to sing the Vietnamese National Anthem every week. That makes me feel deeply honored, proud, and inspired to dedicate my efforts to the corporation as well as to Vietnam’s agriculture.
Patriotism in every product
The patriotism of more than 30.000 CPers does not stop at solemn ceremonies. It is expressed through particular actions: in every trusted feed food product, in every nutritious food product. This is the commitment of C.P. Vietnam: Accompany with farmers, contribute to ensuring national food security, and bringing high-quality meals to every Vietnamese family.

A heroic collective anthem
On August 25, 2025, as the National Anthem resounded under the red flag with a yellow star at hundreds of sites across the country, more than 30,000 employees of C.P. Vietnam together created a collective anthem, in harmony with the shared joy of the nation.
