+ CP Duck Marinated with Mac Mat Leaves is a whole cleaned duck pre-marinated with mac mat leaves — a signature spice from the northern mountainous regions of Vietnam.
+ Besides creating an appealing aroma and supporting digestion, the product is also a rich source of protein, iron, and vitamin B, helping support muscle development and cardiovascular health when consumed in moderation.

- Ingredients: Duck meat (91%), soy sauce, oyster sauce, mac mat leaves (0.7%), lemongrass, garlic, flavor enhancer (INS 621), salt, sugar, honey, vegetable oil, refined vinegar, natural coloring (INS 100).
- Storage Instructions:
+ Store at 0°C - 4°C for chilled products.
+ Store at -18°C for frozen products.
- Directions for Use:
Thaw the product completely before cooking (for frozen products).
+ Step 1: Pump air into the duck to evenly stretch the skin. Vinegar may be brushed onto the duck skin surface (to make the skin crispier after roasting).
+ Step 2: Hang the duck and air-dry the skin for 1.5 - 2 hours.
+ Step 3: Roast the duck at 160°C - 200°C for 60 - 90 minutes until evenly cooked. Additional oil may be brushed onto the skin surface for enhanced flavor.

Once fully cooked, the product can be served immediately or enjoyed with vegetables, rice vermicelli, white sticky rice, or bread.
Depending on the type and capacity of the oven, roasting time may vary.
