- Ingredients: Duck meat (87%), char siu marinade sauce (3%), water, sugar, fresh vegetable extract (onion, garlic, spring onion, pineapple), soy sauce (soybean powder), oyster sauce, cornstarch, char siu powder, chicken seasoning powder (sulfite, egg, gluten, soybean), flavor enhancer (INS 621), ginger, stabilizers (INS 451(i), 452(i)), salt, ground pepper, natural food coloring (paprika oleoresin, carmine), artificial food coloring (INS 129).
- Storage Instructions:
+ Store at 0°C - 4°C for chilled products.
+ Store at -18°C for frozen products.
- Directions for Use:
Thaw the product completely until the meat softens before cooking (for frozen products).
- Method 1: Pan-sear the duck over medium heat for approximately 25 - 30 minutes (a small amount of water may be added during cooking).
- Method 2:
+ Step 1: Grill at 110°C for approximately 20 - 25 minutes.
+ Step 2: Grill at 140°C - 160°C for approximately 10 minutes.
Or cook until the product is fully cooked and reaches an orange-red color.

Depending on the type and capacity of the oven, grilling time may vary.
Serve with rice, rice vermicelli, or vegetables.
